How to Save Page Media as a ZIP or Export a CSV List (Pro)

TL;DR

Pro adds a ZIP button (selected files in one archive) and a CSV button (type, name, URL, dimensions for everything in the current tab). The ZIP is built inside the browser; files the site blocks from extension requests are skipped.

The problem

You’ve selected sixty images, and sixty downloads land in your folder next to last week’s. You wanted one tidy file you can attach, archive or hand over. Or you only need the list of addresses to feed into a spreadsheet or another tool.

ZIP

  1. Scan the page, choose a tab, apply filters, tick the files.
  2. Press the green ZIP button.
  3. The extension fetches each selected file, packs them and downloads assets_<timestamp>.zip.

Inside, files are named images_<name>.<ext>, audio_… or video_…, based on the tab they came from.

Caveat. The ZIP is built by fetching each file from the extension itself. Most CDNs allow it. Some sites don’t, and those files are silently skipped while the rest are packed. If the ZIP is missing items, download those separately with the regular button, which uses Chrome’s own downloader.

CSV

  1. Open the tab and set your filters. The CSV covers everything the tab currently shows, whether or not it’s ticked.
  2. Press the orange Export CSV button.

You get Type, Name, URL, Dimensions — one row per item. It’s handy for audits (“which images over 1000 px does this page use?”), for handing a list to a colleague, or for scripting your own batch fetch.

Pro

ZIP and CSV need a Pro licence (one-time purchase). Press either button without one and the extension opens Settings, where you can buy or enter a code. Everything else in this guide’s sister articles is free.

FAQ

What’s in the CSV? Four columns: Type, Name, URL and Dimensions, for everything shown in the current tab after filters.

Does the ZIP compress files? It packs them into a single archive; images, audio and video are already compressed so the size is about the same as separate files.

Can I ZIP across tabs? No. ZIP and selection are per tab.

Why is my ZIP smaller than expected? Some files couldn’t be fetched by the extension (cross-origin blocking) and were skipped.
