LingoAI translates anything, anywhere. The complete AI translation model ships inside the app, so it works offline from the very first launch, with nothing more to download. It is just as fast in airplane mode, deep in the subway, or abroad without a data plan.

Version 3.0 adds the LingoAI Keyboard, which translates as you type in Messages, Mail or any other app, and an optional Cloud engine for whole documents and 75 more languages.

LingoAI Keyboard

Type in English, Chinese (Pinyin), Spanish, French, German, Russian or Korean, with accents on long press for other Latin-script languages.
Turn on Full Access and it translates as you type, right inside any app. Then replace your text, append the translation, or copy it.
The keyboard contains no network code. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored, and without Full Access it still works as a normal keyboard.

Relay

A shared conversation for talking with the person in front of you. Each of you speaks or types in your own language, and every message appears translated for both of you to read and hear.
Clear a session’s messages without deleting the session.

Choose Your Engine

LingoAI Model (default): best for long sentences and idioms, fully on-device.
System: Apple’s on-device translation, near-instant for short phrases.
Cloud (optional, off by default): translates a whole document in one pass so names and terms stay consistent, offers a formal or casual tone, and adds 75 more languages. Text is sent to LingoAI’s server only when you pick Cloud, and it uses credits.

Good to Know

The keyboard translates with Apple’s on-device engine, so it covers the languages Apple supports, and a language may need a one-time download in iOS Settings.
iOS always switches to the system keyboard in password fields, and some apps share only the text near the cursor with keyboards.
The app is a large download because the full offline model is inside.
