How to Preview, Save and Manage Your Dual-Camera Videos

The problem

With two cameras, there’s twice as much that can go wrong: a blocked lens, a bubble covering the subject, a muffled voice, one feed pointing at the floor. If you only find out later, the moment is gone. And without a tidy place to review takes, your Photos library fills with attempts.

The preview

The moment you stop, an instant preview plays the finished video. Check:

• Both cameras: is each one framed and in focus?
• The bubble: does it cover anything important?
• Audio: is the voice clear, with no wind or handling noise?
• Cover moments: if you hid a camera, does the cover show as intended?

Then Save to Photos to keep it, or discard it and record again. Discarding asks for confirmation.

The Videos tab

Every recording is kept in the Videos tab, where you can open it, share it or delete it. To handle many at once, tap Select Videos, choose several and share or delete them together. Deleting from DualCam is permanent.

Storage

• Recordings are stored in the app’s own folder until you save them to Photos or delete them.
• Saving to Photos needs enough free space. The app warns you and tells you roughly how much to free.
• Pre-Record needs room for its buffer as well.

Privacy

DualCam doesn’t need an account and doesn’t upload your videos. Your recordings stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

FAQ

Is the video saved automatically? It is kept in DualCam’s Videos tab; use Save to Photos to put it in your Photos library.

Can I share or delete several videos? Yes. Select Videos to choose several and share or delete them in bulk.

Can I recover a deleted video? No. Deleting from DualCam permanently removes it.

Does DualCam upload my videos? No. Everything stays on your phone unless you share it.
